The project comprises one 2000 x 45 m runway for international commercial flights (B-757), with airterminal, aprons and service facilities.

Egilsstaðir, East Iceland.
Scope of Almenna services
Geotechnical investigations, design of runway and service systems and river diversion.  Preparation of specifications, contractor negotiations, supervision of construction and cost control.

1987 - 1994.
