Project description
The project comprises two buildings, one for the administration and one for conferences and official receptions, both situated on top of a car parking basement.
The buildings are mostly of cast-in-place concrete, and the total area is 10.500 m² and the total volume 41.600 m³.

Scope of Almenna services
Almenna was the chief engineering consultant and responsible for geotechnical investigations, as well as structural, HVAC and fire safety design.
Project period
1987 - 1992.
A special award was granted to Almenna for the HVAC design by the Icelandic Heating, Ventilating and Sanitary Association.
